Household hazardous waste removal
Asbestos testing and abatement
Foundation removal
Driveways, pools, and retaining wall removal
Ash and debris removal
6-inch ash footprint scrape
Rough grading
Yes. The entire process is funded through government resources. All that’s required to start is a signed Right of Entry (ROE) form. We work directly with your insurance company.
The county’s cleanup deadline is June 30, 2025. If you don’t act in time, the county will perform the cleanup and bill you directly. To guarantee completion before the deadline, sign your ROE by June 1, 2025.
Asbestos testing and permitting begin immediately.
If asbestos is found, we work directly with SCAQMD for remediation approval (adds about 1 week).
Cleanup typically begins within 3 weeks of signing.
Our partners have cleared over 10,000 properties to date out of the 13,000 affected lots. Our team includes Certified Asbestos Consultants (CACs) and is fully HAZ certified.
